- A student who completes all the B.Tech requirements of one discipline for which he / she is admitted (or had transfer of branch), is awarded with Major degree in that discipline. The University offers flexibility for a student to complete a smaller set of courses from other discipline & specialization stream and awards him an interdisciplinary minor in that discipline.
- For obtaining interdisciplinary minor across the discipline, the student must complete 16 credit course and 8 credit project from a particular stream.
