Bahra Scholarship Scheme for Session 2024
Under a Corporate Social Responsibility, Bahra University offers Financial Assistance (Scholarships) to meritorious, deserving and needy students and help them to aim for higher education under the aegis of BU Scholarship Scheme Worth Rs 10+ Crore in the Field of Engineering, Management, Social Sciences, Basic Sciences, Allied Sciences, Hospitality & Tourism, and Law.

Note: The Candidate must maintain good academic performance with minimum CGPA 6.5 without supplementary /backlog. However, if there is any supplementary /backlog then the concession/scholarship for that particular period/semester will be withdrawn and upon clearance will be restored for the subsequent semesters. |

● To avail this scholarship student must register in BU Admissions Portal.
● Not applicable for Pharmacy, forensic and physiotherapy departments.
Important note for Wards of Defense Person:
1. Scheme applicable only for
a. Wards of serving defense personnel.
b. Wards of retired defense personnel.
2. For Claiming the above scholarship scheme, student will be considered only if he/she is carrying a valid certificate at the time of counseling/Admission like:
a. In case of Serving defense personnel
1) Dependent card
2) A certificate issued by the Unit Head/ C.O of the servicemen.
b. In case of retired defense personnel
1) Copy of ID card of Ex-Servicemen
2) Aadhar card of the student
3) Discharge Certificate of the servicemen

Note: a. The above-said concession will be valid for a semester only if the student secures 1 to 3 positions as stated in one semester of the academic session. In case the student secures position as stated above in both the semesters/annual examination, the concession will be valid for one year and shall be adjusted along with the tuition fee of next semester/year of the respected class. However, in case of final year students, the concession shall be adjusted in the tuition fee of the last semester only. b. The above Scholarship is applicable only for Indian Students only. |

E. SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME FOR STUDENTS OF RAYAT BAHRA GROUP
Bahra University offers Higher education Scholarship Scheme for the Existing students of Rayat Bahra Group, Bahra University offers 25% Tuition Fee Waiver for the entire course duration
Important Notes:
The above scholarship is valid only for the students studying colleges/ university of Rayat Bahra Group only i:e Rayat Bahra University, Bahra University, Rayat Bahra – Hoshiarpur Campus.
